MALAYSIAN PASSPORT
PROCEDURE FOR APPLICATION OF MALAYSIA INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT
The Malaysian International Passport is a valid travel document issued by the Malaysian Government for the purpose of travelling abroad. The 48 pages passport is valid for five years.

ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS TO PRODUCE FOR PASSPORT APPLICATION
Original and photocopy of Singapore PR Identity Card/ Employment Pass/ Dependent Pass/ ‘S’ Pass/ Work Permit/ Student Pass/ Long Term Pass as proof of residing in Singapore.
Current International or Restricted Passport if available.
Holders of Temporary Identity Card JPN.KPPK 09 need to produce their Birth Certificate or Citizenship Certificate during application.
Holders of Temporary Identity Card JPN.KPPK 11 has to be certified by the National Registration Department and need to produce their Birth Certificate or Citizenship Certificate during application.
Parents of the applicant who have renounced their Malaysian Citizenship are required to bring citizenship renunciation form (Borang K) and their Singapore Identity Card.
SPECIFICATIONS OF PHOTO FOR MALAYSIAN INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT
A photograph is taken at Passport Division using Facial Live Capture Recognition Device.
Applicants should wear dark-colored clothing covering shoulders and chests.
Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera with a neutral facial expression, both eyes open and mouth closed.
Do not wear a hat or head covering/obscures hair or hairline unless worn daily for religious purpose. Full face must be visible, and the head covering must not cast any shadows on your face.
Contact lenses and spectacles are not allowed while taking pictures.
The applicants who wear a veil (tudung) are required to wear a dark-colored veil.
